Where do you deliver?

  • We deliver to offices across the Greater Toronto Area.

What are your delivery dates?

  • Regular Orders:
    • We deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders must be submitted by 12:00PM the day before.
  • Managed Accounts: 
    • We deliver every day of the week, including weekends and nights, depending on your office's needs.

How much do you charge for assembly and delivery?

  • $7.95 for the assembly and delivery of each order.

    Is there a minimum order amount?

    • Yes, $150 per order.

    What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?

    • If you ordered a product that is out of stock, Delivurr will contact you and ask if you would like a substitute item or a refund. That said, we do our very best to ensure that your items are never out of stock.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    • We accept American Express, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Visa, Visa Debit, PayPal, PayPal Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept cash or interac debit.
    • If you would like to group your bills into a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly format, please send us a private message. If you would like to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please send us a private message.

    What if an item I want is not available on your website?

    • At Delivurr, we have direct relationships with hundreds of suppliers and are constantly updating our product selection. If an item you want is not listed on our website, please write a note on the cart page or send us a message. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
