We deliver to offices across the Greater Toronto Area.
What are your delivery dates?
Regular Orders:
We deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders must be submitted by 12:00PM the day before.
Managed Accounts:
We deliver every day of the week, including weekends and nights, depending on your office's needs.
How much do you charge for assembly and delivery?
$7.95 for the assembly and delivery of each order.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, $150 per order.
What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?
If you ordered a product that is out of stock, Delivurr will contact you and ask if you would like a substitute item or a refund. That said, we do our very best to ensure that your items are never out of stock.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Visa, Visa Debit, PayPal, PayPal Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept cash or interac debit.
If you would like to group your bills into a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly format, please send us a private message. If you would like to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please send us a private message.
What if an item I want is not available on your website?
At Delivurr, we have direct relationships with hundreds of suppliers and are constantly updating our product selection. If an item you want is not listed on our website, please write a note on the cart page or send us a message. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
